• requests for course fee refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances, unless it is out of goodwill.
• if any registered course participant has not provided any notice to cancel his or her course attendance, at least 7 working days prior to the commencement of the course, this participant is deemed to have given up on his or her right to attend any future versions of the course.
• the course or workshop notes, contents may not be used or reproduced in any manner, part or form, or it constitutes criminal liablity
• the training fees only pertain to the promised training time in the classroom.  Beyond classroom training time, any requests for help becomes chargeable as consultancy fee.
